Stylus Serviced Offices has extended its business model beyond the boundaries of Serviced Offices concept. We have observed that businesses are moving out of STPI with the recent budget announcement of revoking the STPI tax sops beyond March 2011. We see that for the new investments, the IT firms may now shift to the SEZs which provide tax sops for 15 years, would then be the only tax haven for IT/ITeS companies.
Stylus has attained the co-developer status from Ministry of Commerce and Industry to offer a larger floor plate area to multi tenants. We bring in the mix culture of services and operations offered at traditional serviced offices and the benefits of SEZ on a table together.
