With the commencement of operations of Bengaluru International
Airport in May 2008, the government has taken a lot of initiative
to ramp up the infrastructure in the area surrounding it. Falling
in the North-Eastern Quadrant of Bengaluru, it is easily accessible

with a total commercial area of 11 million sq. ft. and is designed
as a total work environment comprising of office space and other
recreational facilities. The Park is approximately 3 kms from
the Hebbal Flyover and is approximately 9.5 kms from the Central
Business District of Bengaluru.

57 Acres reserved for multi dwelling residential units and 125
