With the commencement of operations of Bengaluru International Airport in May 2008, the government has taken a lot of initiative to ramp up the infrastructure in the area surrounding it. Falling in the North-Eastern Quadrant of Bengaluru, it is easily accessible by the Peripheral Outer Ring Road, Mekhri Circle Underpass, Hebbal Flyover & the Six Lane National Highway which have all been developed in this area.
Located on Outer Ring Road (Hebbal – Krishnarajpuram section), Manyata Embassy Business Park is a 250 acre comprehensive development with a total commercial area of 11 million sq. ft. and is designed as a total work environment comprising of office space and other recreational facilities. The Park is approximately 3 kms from the Hebbal Flyover and is approximately 9.5 kms from the Central Business District of Bengaluru.
The Park comprises of 85 Acres of plotted residential development, 57 Acres reserved for multi dwelling residential units and 125 acres reserved for corporate offices and related supporting developments including hotel, serviced apartments, food courts, and other support facilities.
Supporting facilities such as food courts, amphitheatre, service apartments and related retail on a plot located adjacent to the main entry to the Park are intended to be constructed shortly.
